Mangroovy Residence is a compound developed by ElSewedy Development in El-Gouna with an area of 170,000 m2. Ökoplan has been responsible for the architectural design of the residential buildings, as well as the landscape design of the project, which takes up one of the few remaining spots that directly overlook the sea. 

The project comprises residential units (16 dwelling types distributed on 48 buildings forming 9 clusters), a clubhouse, and a utility zone occupying 2000 m2, all located along a 350-m beachfront.
