Sam Square is a mixed-use development in Sixth of October City, comprising retail and offices and creating an interesting attraction to the surrounding area. The project includes a variety of shops, banks, international restaurants, and a hypermarket; in addition to offices, clinics, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms. All the project components overlook a landscaped open space with a large lake.
