Egypt Consulting (MC) is an engineering firm, considered one of the leading engineering consulting companies specializing in multiple fields in Egypt since 1986. It has extensive experience in the planning, design, and development of road infrastructure, water networks, sewage systems, electricity, and communications, in addition to potable water treatment, desalination, wastewater treatment plants, and industrial waste. MC also specializes in environmental studies, solid waste management, and MEP services for buildings, hospitals, swimming pools, artificial lakes, and saltwater lakes. MC is ISO 9001-2015 and 14001-2015 certified and is ranked number 35 as an engineering company by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate. MC was founded by Dr. Sameh Abdel Gawad in 1986, specializing in the fields of infrastructure and environmental engineering in Egypt. Dr. Sameh Abdel Gawad leads MC in addition to his position as Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University. In January 2017, MC transitioned from a sole proprietorship to an Egyptian joint stock company. With over 37 years of success, MC has successfully implemented over 1500 projects and has a clear contribution of over 1400 projects to revitalizing architectural growth and construction in Egypt, and over 50 projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and over 38 projects in the United Arab Emirates, while its operations extend to other countries such as Sudan, Libya, Morocco, Algeria, Nigeria, Syria, Iran, Oman, Yemen, Qatar, and Bahrain.
