located in the New Administrative Capital, the site is well-connected to the Capital International Airport and the surrounding areas (Mostakbal City, New Cairo, and Madinaty). The University is 50 feddans and shall be delivered in phases.

 
The first phase is situated in the north-west zone of the site and includes three buildings on a plot area of 25,000 sqm. With a total built-up area of 17,000 sqm Building 1A (Engineering & Technology) contains lecture rooms, classrooms tutorial rooms, and breakout areas. Building 1B represents the iconic Knowledge Centre (Administration and Library) with a total built- up area of 19,600 sqm. Building 1C (Academic Building) has a total built-up area of 10,000 sqm.
