The design team, Diaa Consult, relied on showcasing the hospital's modern design and contemporary appearance, in keeping with the spirit of Port Said's youthful and progressive city.

The design focused on highlighting the building's character, giving it a commanding presence and a strong architectural landmark in the city.

Strong and modern cladding elements were used for the facade by cladding the building with silver-coloured pressed aluminium panels, which give the building a practical and serious appearance that reflects its function as a modern university hospital.
